A.学习期限6个月以下的可持 “F”签证来我校学习。
B.学习期限6个月以上的，提供以下资料：
① 照片（3cm×4cm）6张
② 身体健康证明（中国大使馆指定地方体检）
③ 学历证明及成绩单，其中：
读学士学位和非学位医学专业：提供高中或以上学历证明、学历证书与成绩单的复印件。
读硕士和博士学位：提供相关医学专业本科或以上学历证明、学历证书与成绩单的复印件。
医学专业高级进修：提供相关医学专业学历证明、从业证明、学历证书与成绩单的复印件。
汉语专业：提供任何学历证明。
④ 护照复印件             ⑤ 购买留学生综合保险同意书
⑥ 在华事务担保人资料     ⑦ 家庭住址    ⑧ 交纳报名费。
我校收到以上资料后，在10个工作日内将学生的《录取通知书》和《JW202表》邮寄给他本人。学生持《录取通知书》和《JW202表》到中国驻该国大使馆申请 “X”签证入境。
入学时间：本科生、研究生为9月。汉语、医学进修可以随时入学。

A  Study less than six months, you should take the “F” visa to our university.

B  Study more than six months, the requirements are below:
1.   Submit 6 pieces of photos ( 3cm × 4cm )
2.   Physical Examination Certification.(one should have the P.E in the place appointed by the China embassy.)  
3.  Diploma certificate and mark sheet:
Study undergraduate or medical major of non-degree: Submit copies of high school diploma certificate, and high school mark sheet.
Study postgraduate and doctorate:Submit copies of undergraduate diploma certificate of medical major, and mark sheet.
Study advanced training of medical major:Submit copy files (diploma certificate of medical major, certification of work and mark sheet).
Study Chinese Language: Submit copies of diploma certificate.

1. Copy of passport
2. Insurance Agreement Form. 
3. The information of your guarantee when you study in China. 
4. Your home address and telephone number.
5. Hand in the Registration fee.

When we receive the above documents, within 10 working days, we will post the “Admission Letter” and “JW202” form to the student. The student should take the two things to the China Embassy and apply the “X” visa. Then the student can take the “X” visa to come to our university.
